Radio Network Planning Executive – Medan Base

Responsibilities:

· Radio Planning and Optimizations for Sumatra

· Capacity monitoring up gradation

· Vendor interface for responsibility area and field operation support

· Frequency planning / neighbor planning and network change monitoring

· Handle customer complaints for Sumatra area

· Radio Network Performance monitoring

· Visits to support coverage requirement objective by marketing team

· Drive testing / cluster acceptance and documentation

· Report generation as required by AXIS – Head Office


Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Telecommunication Engineering

· Minimum 3 years working experiences in RF Planning and Optimization

· Experience in Drive Testing & Statistical analysis

· Able to speak and write in English

· Have a good reporting skill

Male or female, aged between 30-40, possessing a Bachelor degree in any discipline, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Shipping & Administration Manager, should also have a sound knowledge of export/import and Letters of Credit, some experience in handling tugs and barges would be helpful, fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, whilst Mandarin speaking would also be an advantage

MANAGER CUSTOMER SALES (Based in Jakarta)

Key responsibilities:
• Build, develop and maintain sound relationships with Customers
• Play a key role in Segment Business team to develop future strategies for the growth of the business and continued development of customer base.
• Prepare and achieve revenue budgets and unit sales for allocated distribution channels.
• Create and manage account development/regular cell plans to Customers.
• Work with Product Line Manager on strategies that increase Customer performance while maintaining budgeted KPI s.
• Develop sales opportunities in units, consumables and aftermarket, performance contracts and spare parts, with a view to increased market share end prepare timely reports on market activity.
• Prepare tenders and detailed costing for key accounts
• Prepare sales reports, utilise and maintain sales tools, and develop account plans.

Your profile:
• Having formal qualifications in mining, heavy engineering or equivalent disciplines. Master s degree is preferred.
• 6-10 years experience in rock processing, crushing system, and conveyor material handling system. Business development experience In Construction business with demonstrated growth results is essential. Previous design experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong networking skills and ability to actively manage customer relationships within a matrix organisation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A self starter and self motivated person with strong drive to perform and have ability to work within a small highly motivated team environment
• Extensive traveling is required of this role
• High Level of Computer literacy
